I have attached a screenshot of what is available on my system settings. My settings do not show this option AT ALL. Looking at multiple similar problems on the internet shows that there should be an option in Settings>Tablet Mode> of "make Windows more touch friendly " that can be toggled to on/off. I also tried to calibrate the touch screen for windows 10, but when I type "tablet pc settings" in the search box, nothing comes up, also suggesting the touch capabilities are not being recognised. Looked through the logs in Device Manager>Human Interface Devices>HID-compliant touchscreen>Events and found an entry suggesting the touch capabilities were not migrated over with the OS update. Tried disabling the touch screen and then enabling it Updated to the latest version of Windows 10Ĭhecked for driver updates (it reports my drivers are the latest ones) Now, when I change to tablet mode, the touch keyboard does not appear and the screen does not respond to touch whatsoever. I recently updated my system to run Windows 10.
